Welcome to Saunic — where heat, cold, and community come together to help you feel your best. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") help keep things flowing smoothly for everyone. By using our services, you agree to the following — give them a quick read so you know what to expect.
1. General Studio Policy
All participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental consent for specific programs or events.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrivals may not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Saunic reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone at its sole discretion.
2. Health and Safety
By using Saunic’s services, you confirm that you are in good health and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by heat or cold exposure.
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are under medical care, please consult your physician before attending.
Use of the sauna and cold plunge is at your own risk.
3. Refunds & Cancellation
Drop-in sessions: Non-refundable if canceled within 12 hours. Credit issued if canceled earlier.
Private sessions: Non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours. Credit issued if canceled earlier.
Saunic does not issue refunds under any circumstance.
4. Waitlist Policy
You may join a waitlist for a full session by purchasing a drop-in session in advance.
If a space becomes available, you’ll be notified up to 1 hour before the session start time.
If you are not admitted from the waitlist, your credit will remain in your account for future use.
Waitlist purchases are non-refundable but can be applied to a future session if unused.
5. Memberships & Passes
Memberships and multi-session passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Sessions must be used within their validity period as outlined at the time of purchase.
6. Code of Conduct
Respect the space, staff, and fellow guests at all times.
Clean swimwear is required. Nudity is not permitted.
Guests are required to sit on the provided sauna towels while using the sauna benches.
Sandals are required in the space for hygiene and safety (available for rent or purchase).
Drying towels, robes, and sandals are available for rent at check-in.
Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
7. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following items are not permitted on-site: illegal substances, tobacco, cannabis products, and outside food.
Saunic is a smoke-free zone.
Guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.
Complimentary water and tea are provided on-site.
Any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Device Usage & Photography
While devices are permitted in common areas, they are not allowed inside saunas or cold plunges.
Photos and videos are allowed in shared spaces, but we ask that guests remain respectful of others' privacy and avoid capturing anyone without their consent.
We appreciate your help in maintaining a mindful and respectful atmosphere.
9. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Saunic offerings, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of heat and cold exposure. Saunic and its staff are not liable for injuries or health conditions resulting from participation.
A liability waiver will be required to be signed upon check-in.
10. Force Majeure
Saunic is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, extreme weather, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Details you provide are used solely for booking, communication, and improving our services. We never share your information without consent.
12. Changes to Terms
Saunic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
